Secure VI is a locally owned company that has been and continues to be ran in the US Virgin Islands. The company was founded by Dennis Sheraw and is currently owned and operated by Stephen Wagner.

Dennis Sheraw – founded Secure VI (formally Dennis R Sheraw and Associates Inc.) in 1983 after a career in private security and federal law enforcement. His experience includes positions with U.S. Army Military Intelligence, Federal Bureau of Investigation and as security manager for Hess Oil Virgin Islands. Mr. Sheraw has been designated by the American Society for Industrial Security as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP).

Stephen Wagner
Stephen Wagner – took over Operations of Secure VI in 2018 after his career in Federal Law Enforcement. Mr. Wagner began his career as a Special Agent with the United States Department of the Treasury. During his over 15-year career with the agency, Mr. Wagner became a Senior Special Agent and conducted countless complex financial investigations and prosecutions for violations of Federal Criminal Laws including Money Laundering, Bank Security Act violations, Tax Crimes and many related offenses. In addition to his investigative duties, Mr. Wagner served as a Use of Force Instructor, Defensive Tactics Instructor, Firearms Instructor, Building Entry Room Clearing Instructor, Certified Basic Instructor Trainer and On the Job Instructor for his agency. Mr. Wagner testified multiple times for numerous Grand Juries and in Federal Criminal Trials. He also served as a Special Deputy United States Marshall assigned to the Oklahoma City Metro Fugitive Task Force for several years
Mr. Wagner is also very active in the community on St Croix and donates significant amounts of his time to philanthropic organizations. Mr. Wagner is a co-founder, Board member and treasurer for Coral Reef Academy a school for children with autism and developmental disorders and serves as a Board Member and coach for the St Croix Youth Soccer Organization, AYSO section 1383.
